Been in Financial services for 30 years, in South Africa and the UK. I have covered a broad range of sectors and products, including rent collections, mortgages, hire purchases, personal loans, funeral debt, insurance, telecoms and credit card. Currently working within Car Finance industry, I have always worked with the customer facing departments and am passionate about getting the right experience and outcomes for customers. I enjoy being a disruptor and challenging thought process and ensuring our business remains diverse in thought.
