When will I receive my conference material?
Your conference handouts will be distributed on the first morning of the conference (unless otherwise stated in the event program). Additional conference material will be made available on a temporary website after the event. You will be provided with access details for this website at the conference.

When should I pay for the conference?
Payment must be received prior to the conference.

How should I pay for the conference?
Payment can be made online by credit card.

Are the meals included?
Yes, all refreshments and conference lunches have been carefully selected to offer you the best in banqueting. Check the agenda for times.

How many attendees will be at my conference?
This varies for each conference. Please do ask at our registration desk if you would like us to assist in facilitating meetings with anyone present to ensure you receive maximum benefit from the day.

How can I get to the venue?

What about accommodation? 
2 nights complimentary accommodation at our prestigious venue is included to ensure you can fully maximise your networking time with your peers in a luxury environment.

What should I wear?
The dress code at the conference is business casual. The speakers usually come in business attire.

After the conference, from time to time, you may receive brochures on related topics.

IQPC - Covid-19 Policy

IQPC takes seriously the health and safety of our staff and of our clients, vendors, customers, and guests. We are constantly monitoring the situation and will follow government advice and regional guidelines in the countries where our events are taking place.

We ask that every person at the event self-monitor for symptoms of illness before entering the event each day. If you test positive, or are feeling feverish, have a persistent cough, or are otherwise experiencing potential symptoms of Covid-19, please do not enter the event.

While the above is intended as general guidance for the event, IQPC reserves the right to modify this policy in the event of new government guidance, rules and advice for onsite events and will be constantly reviewing this. We will be relying on the good judgment and professionalism of our attendees to behave responsibly throughout any event.
