An experienced data leader, with a record of delivering change and insight into customer performance. Having worked for Royal Mail for over 20 years, Kate has developed an excellent understanding of the operational pipeline and how customers engage with all aspects of the services provided. She has led teams to develop data products and capture knowledge, giving customer insights and growth opportunities. Kate has been active in leading an improved data culture within Royal Mail’s Finance Function and has recently completed a Master’s in Business Administration degree from Henley Business School, with a focus on developing data-driven cultures within organisations
