Joining ACS in April 2022 to develop and improve customer retention across all divisions, from private jets, group charter and cargo, as well as all geographies of ACS’s 35 offices worldwide. He brings over 12-year track record in the Experience and Service industry. His role also extends to new business development and establishing key partnerships.
