Director of Customer Services Business Stream

Jo is the Director of Customer Services in Business Stream the 2nd largest water retailer in the UK. Jo is responsible for customer contact, complaints, onboarding, key account services, and resource, planning & quality.

Prior to joining Business Stream Jo was Head of Customer Experience and Data in Standard Life where her role was to embed the customer voice throughout Standard Life through effective insight gathering drive a customer focussed mindset. In 2019 Jo achieved the accolade of UK Customer Experience Professional of the Year for her efforts in CX leadership and strategy.

Jo has held significant operational roles in other industries primarily within a Customer Service environment. Prior to joining Standard Life, Jo was Head of Credit Strategy in Scottish Power’s Energy retailing business. She has also previously worked in water industry regulation, local government and third sectors.
