Jonny started his career as an analyst for the Police, learning his trade at both Luton Police station and Hertfordshire HQ. Then moving to the then T-Mobile phone company and EE working in a variety of commercial, analytical and customer focused roles, including digital optimisation, customer retention and small business trading.
With a passion for understanding customer behaviour and focusing on improving their satisfaction he then moved to Costa Coffee within their customer insight team.
Joining Affinity Water in January 2021, Jonny now head-ups their Research and Insight function, responsible for strategic customer research and optimisation of a comprehensive voice of the customer platform, to provide actionable insights to help ensure the business strives to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
