Prior to joining the company, he was Director of Product Management at Jacobs where he spent two years leading product teams focused on environmental technology. James has previously worked for HSBC, BlackRock and Dunnhumby where he led portfolios of products and transformation programs. James is a mentor and product leader who loves to coach and develop high performing product teams.
