Laszlo has more than 19 years mixed experience in B2B and B2C business, sales and marketing. He is driven by competition and well prepared for the continuous changes. Eager to learn, very open-minded leader, searching for challenges. Human oriented leader, believing that the success of our colleagues helps us to reach our targets. In his recent position, he has been building the foundation of Customer Experience strategy of a global multinational company operating in 38 countries. Main scopes of his team are: digital platforms as touchpoints of the customers with the company, Customer Service operation, Voice of the Customer program (building and maintaining as part of our decision making process).
