A Letter From #CCWEurope's Head of Production

As we bid goodbye to the vibrant city of Amsterdam for 2023, I am delighted to be able to reflect on the success of the CCW Europe Summit. It was an inspiring journey over the course of the three days, and I am immensely proud of what we have achieved together

Our theme, disrupt or be disrupted, set the stage for insightful discussions and meaningful connections. Throughout the summit, we witnessed industry leaders and visionaries share their perspectives on the latest trends, challenges, and opportunities in customer strategy. The exchange of ideas and experiences has undoubtedly enriched our knowledge and inspired new approaches to navigating the dynamic landscape of customer management.

One of the highlights of this year’s summit was the industry’s first and only customer management Disrupt-a-Thon. An event that truly embodied our theme and moved the needle on unlocking diversity of thought and fostering meaningful connections with new peers. Throughout the event, we were joined by 140 speakers participating across 88 sessions with topics including: elevating service experience with Generative AI, building remarkable loyalty and retention, how to build a winning outsource strategy, the new dynamics of customer delight, future-proofing your CX and much more.
