Full Professor | Co-Founder and Science Lead VU University Amsterdam | CCmath
Ger Koole PhD is full professor in business analytics at VU University Amsterdam and co-founder and science lead of CCmath. His focus is on planning in the service sector, especially contact centers and health care. He has supervised 17 PhD students and published over 100 papers in the international scientific literature. He teaches applied mathematics and AI to at all levels, from graduate students to professionals in contact centers and hospitals.
