An International Customer Service expert with over 12 years of experience. Elena has been the Head of Customer Service and Sales in British Council Greece and Cyprus for over a year. She is on a mission to create a unique Customer Experience in the after-Covid era and at the same time to help the Organisation transition from a traditional to a new way of working. She started and advanced her career in Banking industry. She is specialised in the Optimisation and Digitalisation of business processes, Project & People management. Holds a bachelor’s degree focused on Accounting and Finance, a Certification in Project Management and she is studying for an MBA. During her career, she helped one of the companies she was working for to ensure Business Continuity during Covid-19 by building an In-house Call Centre from scratch and facilitating the transition from Outsourcing Operations overnight while at the same time led the digitalisation of CS operations. At her free time, she enjoys travelling around the world and connecting with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
