Daniel Schlenzig is the Sales Manager for the Cisco Customer Engagement Solutions team which consults Cisco clients on technology that enable them to manage digital and voice interactions leveraging the Webex platform. Daniel is passionate about AI, customer journeys and interactions in our digital world. He is an industry veteran with extensive contact centre and digital engagement experience.

Prior to joining Cisco Daniel worked for numerous start-ups in the Unified Communications and Contact Centre space as well as established Cisco Resellers in pre/post-sales and end user sales roles.

Daniel was born in Copenhagen but resides in London with his partner and two children.
