Building Customer Journey's at Aegon by teaching my colleagues how to 'fish'. Aegon is a financial service provider that offers insurances, mortgages and retirement solutions worldwide. I strongly believe that a better customer experience begins with my colleagues at Aegon. The ones that actually create customer interactions. With the ongoing digital transformation in the financial industry the content manager, the marketing manager, the UX designer and the developer are the ones that make the difference now more than ever. This is why customer experience competencies must be more widely present within organisations. My role is to support, inspire and equip them with the right tools and knowledge. And I hope to share some of it during this event.
