Ulrike is an Agile Lean Portfolio Manager for Digital Transformation of the O2C end-to-end value stream, with over 15 years of experience. She is currently working at Novozymes the world leader in biosolutions with more than 700 biosolutions inspired by nature. Her career expands over several industries including B2B, FMCG and Consulting. For the last 3 years, she has build a brand-new global O2C CoE to design for a great digital Customer Experience enabling Novozymes’ growth strategy. She is leading her team to drive the digital transformation of the Customer Journeys build on a strong foundation of end-2-end Process Governance, Data Management & Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence to ensure a scalable and efficient Operating Model. Ulrike is known for challenging the status quo and driving cross-functional teams to make those moments happen.
