Thomas is the Head of Customer Engagement at air up®, a groundbreaking scent-based drinking system. With a degree in media computer science, he started his career as a Customer Experience Designer at Swisscom Ltd, pioneering user-centered services for both consumers and B2B clients.
Fueled by his passion for elevating customer experiences, Thomas moved to a Swiss startup in 2015, where he spearheaded the establishment of the entire Customer Service and Community Management department.
In the summer of 2020, Thomas brought his expertise to air up®, where he leads a dedicated team in delighting customers at every touchpoint. His mission? To drive automation, scale operations, and ensure a seamless blend of technological efficiency with the warmth of human touch. Under his guidance, all relevant customer feedback is incorporated into air up®'s product development, ensuring a truly customer-centric approach.
