Rudolph van Veen is a celebrated Dutch TV chef, cookbook author, and the first person in the Netherlands to hold both the Master Chef and Master Patissier titles. Known for his engaging style and passion for sharing culinary knowledge, he has become a familiar face through his long-running shows on 24Kitchen, including Rudolph’s Bakery, De Makkelijke Maaltijd, The Taste of Life Basics, and The Taste of Life Travel.

After graduating top of his class from the Culinary School of Breda, Rudolph trained with leading chefs and patissiers in Switzerland and the Netherlands, before competing in prestigious culinary competitions worldwide. His career spans decades of cooking, baking, and television presenting, as well as mentoring and promoting young culinary talent through initiatives like the Dutch Pastry Team and Bus Stop Bakery project, which was awarded Best Student Company of the Netherlands.

In 2011, Rudolph co-founded 24Kitchen, the Netherlands’ first 24/7 food channel, giving viewers access to accessible, educational, and entertaining cooking content. He is also the author of multiple bestselling cookbooks and regularly performs in live theatre shows such as Rudolph’s Bakery Live – de Feestdagen, bringing his recipes and stories to audiences in an interactive setting.
