Head of Board Customer Care BMW

Jörg is the Head of Board Customer Care for the BMW Group and its brands as BMW, MINI, Rolls-Royce, BMW Motorrad. He steers the international complaint management and governs a network of over 130 markets.

Jörg joined BMW Group in March 2000 and was responsible for several roles in marketing operations, brand management, training & experience marketing, CRM and innovation management. He launched with the BMW X3 the leading SAV in Germany 2003, piloted numerous digital and mobile marketing innovations and managed the global MINI brand from 2007. From 2015 he headed the Brand and Customer Institutes for all BMW Group brands, running 6 distinct training programmes at over 20 locations worldwide.
