Gillian joined Capita Experience in 2022 as Managing Director for the Ireland business.

As an experienced commercial, sales, marketing and portfolio leader at a global level, Gillian is passionate about driving ambitious growth and creating teams recognised for brilliant, transformative customer engagements.

Gillian has significant expertise and a strong understanding of the Irish market. Having joined BT in 2011 as Head of Corporate Marketing and Propositions, in 2015, she assumed the role of General Manager, Commercial & Marketing, with oversight of product for the Ireland business.

With previous roles in Hewlett Packard and IBM across business planning, new product development, marketing strategy, sales, and customer relationship management Gillian has broad knowledge of the telco and technology markets with a global and European lens.
