Derco is responsible for driving innovation within all conversational interaction channels (e.g. Chatbots, Voicebots, Messaging, Voice, Video etc.) of Rabobank by making sure we identify, meet & exceed customers’ needs. He manages 7 product managers and 7 BusDevOps squads and supports them with creating the right product vision and making sure we develop the right things, measure it and keep learning from it. By doing this, we can keep exceeding customers’- and agents’ expectations in Customer Service, now and in the future.
