Starting his career as an engineer in consumer electronics in France (Toshiba, Philips), he then joined Sony and evolve from a local level to an european position developping customer centric solutions in the aftersales environment. He’s now heading the customer service department for Fnac Vanden Borre in Belgium with a specific focus on digitalization & value proposition, leading as well durability initiatives across the company.
