Chris Humphris is the VP of EMEA at Quiq, the leader in agentic AI for CX, where he is helping enterprise brands leverage agentic AI to revolutionise their contact centers and deliver exceptional experiences throughout the customer journey.
Prior to joining Quiq, Chris held leadership roles at Amelia, Conversocial (a Verint company), LivePerson, and others primarily in the CX space, which has amounted to 30 years of experience in digital customer engagement and transformation.
More specifically, he spent the last 18 years building go-to-market teams for leading SaaS companies and the past seven years working exclusively within the AI-driven customer engagement market. An early adopter of messaging, asynchronous chat and now LLM-powered agents, Chris has long been interested in emerging technology and holds a Doctorate in Engineering from the University of Manchester.
