Catherine has 20 years experience in leading transformational operations within the utilities and BPO industry. Her experience spans telco, electricity and water services. She joined Uisce Éireann during its inception in 2013. In her current role she is responsible for the customer experience strategy and service delivery in a customer centric regulated environment. She delivers transformational change through a focus on cultural alignment, technology and strategic relationships.

Catherine is a member CXI Ireland, an awards judge for both CCMA Ireland and CCA Global, where she is also a member of the Industry Council.
