Caitlin Neary

Director, Global Contact Centre Dorchester Collection

Growing up in northern Canada, Caitlin always had a passion for travel, which led her into the hospitality industry. She studied hospitality management at Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL), before moving to London to begin her career working for The Dorchester, 45 Park Lane and Coworth Park (Dorchester Collection) over three years, progressing from Revenue Analyst to Multi-Hotel Revenue Manager.

In 2016, Caitlin moved to The Lanesborough London (Oetker Collection) as Head of Revenue to support the hotel reopening after an extensive 18-month refurbishment. In 2018, she returned to Dorchester Collection as Global Head of Revenue Management where she worked supporting the Directors of Revenue in the various properties and on new projects, including the launch of a companywide CRM system.

In June 2019, Caitlin became Global Head of Contact Centre for Dorchester Collection, overseeing a multilingual team of 50 in London and 10 in Los Angeles. Her team is the first point of contact for room reservations at the company’s nine hotels. Dorchester Collection is a unique collection of legendary hotels, with rich heritages and worldwide reputations as the most sought-after experiences of good living, charm, elegance and exceptional service. Whether you are staying in London, Ascot, Paris, Milan, Rome, Beverly Hills or LA, each hotel offers an unforgettable experience. In her free time, Caitlin enjoys travelling, discovering new restaurants and getting lost in the Royal Botanical Gardens, Kew.
