Ash Hallett is a CX thought leader with a history of engaging and innovating alongside some of the largest companies in EMEA. He has worked alongside customers to bring transformative change across numerous sectors, bringing a keen eye for opportunities to disrupt and transform whilst maintaining operational excellence and the highest standards of Customer Experience. With a background in workflow and automation from his time at companies such as Servicenow, Ash joined Google in 2024 to lead their Customer Engagement GTM in UK&I. An ex-professional Rugby player with a passion for tech, Ash now lives in Bath and is based out of Google's London office.
