Based in London, he is a seasoned professional with experience running complex outsource programs that combine people and leading-edge technology to delight large organisations including telcos, financial service, retail and government organisations. His background includes senior general management roles at corporates (Ericsson and Unisys) as well as several PE backed technology companies. His passion is to transform customer operations based on meaningful data and insight and leveraging his engineering background.
