I was born and raised in Melbourne, Australia and did my higher education in Tourism & Operations Management. 14 years ago I made the move to the Netherlands, and started my career almost straight away at TNT (now owned by FedEx). I started in the Customer Care environment, as a customer care rep through a temp agency, and have been fortunate to hold many roles within Customer Experience function over my 14 year career, including, but not limited to; Supervisor Customer Care, Portfolio and Change Management (central function supporting Customer Experience Europe) and 2.5 years ago I moved into the role as Senior Manager, Customer Care Benelux.
