As a passionate Senior Manager of Customer Service and strategic problem solver, Silke Robeller likes to design high-quality customer service that binds customers to the company and allows one to exploit the potential of the customer relationship. To this end, she brings over 20 years of experience in national and international service management from consumer goods, retail, publishing, finance to IT. She worked for market leaders such as Birkenstock, Verlagsgruppe Weltbild, and Microsoft and is currently Head of Customer Service International for Bärbel Drexel GmbH, a member of the Vision Healthcare group.
At the Stevie Awards, she has been involved in the jury nationally and internationally for customer service and Women in Business for several years now.
In 2018, she got the Top Service Germany Award.
She is involved in the Call Center Association Germany as a regional manager for Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg. She serves as a regional board member for FidAR (Frauen in die Aufsichtsräte).
