After gaining experience as a consultant and manager at conventional financial institutions in Belgium and Germany, the Belgian native decided to pursue ethical and sustainable banking and joined GLS Bank in January 2020. She currently is Head of Department Retail Banking for Private and Business Customers, specialising in the areas of complaints management, fraud and money laundering prevention, estate settlement and knowledge management. As a manager, she focuses on lean leadership and New Work for a healthy corporate culture.
