Global Head of Customer Experience (CX) Excellence Shell

As Global Head of Customer Experience (CX) Excellence, Thomas oversees the ideation and execution of a portfolio of global, cross functional initiatives to help Shell “Deliver a market leading customer experience and business value at an affordable cost”. Together with his team of 175 people, he plays a coordinating role between all of Shell’s 14 B2B businesses, especially in matters related to CX, Data, Systems and Processes. Prior to this Role, Thomas held various P&L Roles, the most recent one being the CEO for Shell’s specialty business in Europe and Africa.
