Senior Manager and Leader with experience across multiple industries and a great passion for technology and innovation.

Since joining Ryanair in 2014, Sandro has held a number of roles leading major projects and programmes across different departments including Marketing, IT, Finance, Information Security and Customer Service.

As Head of CS Digital & Service Design, Sandro is responsible for creating a successful experience for Ryanair customers across all channels, delivering new digital products and improving online and offline customer journeys.

Prior to Ryanair, Sandro held management positions at various organizations and earlier in his career he worked as business consultant and software engineer.

He has a superior record of delivering mission-critical, full life-cycle projects and streamlining business processes through software solutions.

Sandro studied Statistics and Computer Science, he is a qualified Programme Manager and completed his Management education at Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
