Moving agentic AI from a demo to an enterprise-grade deployment is a defining challenge for today's CX executives. This talk explores the strategic investment considerations, organisational implications, and risk management necessary for deploying AI across conversational, telephony, and other customer-facing channels. We will discuss how CX leaders can navigate these high-stakes trade-offs, and how Wonderful combines its Agentic OS with a forward-deployed model to ensure AI transformations are accountable, strategically aligned, and trustworthy.
