My professional journey includes invaluable experiences collaborating with various customer-centric brands, but none more than David Lloyd Clubs—the premium health club operator in Europe with 750k members, 10,000 employees, and 133 clubs across 8 countries.
As a member of the executive team, I’ve been privileged to be part of the cultural revolution, steering the company to become a truly member-centric business and in turn doubling the companies’ profitability. My passion lies in overseeing exceptional customer experiences through highly engaged teams. I am relentless in breaking down barriers and maintaining unwavering focus for both the team and members, effecting change that truly matters. Representing the voice of the members means that I have been told that I possess the loudest voice in the business - I accept it as a compliment— it’s my commitment to get things done that make a genuine difference and make a resounding impact.
