Maria Vittoria Amaduzzi is a digital transformation leader with extensive experience in customer experience innovation, operations, and AI driven automation. After more than a decade in senior roles at Vodafone Italy, she recently joined TIM, where she leads the adoption of virtual assistance solutions across all customer channels, integrating innovative features and Artificial Intelligence to simplify interactions and enhance the customer journey. She holds two degrees with honors in Biomedical and Industrial Engineering from the University of Bologna and completed part of her studies at Imperial College Business School in London. Passionate about technology as an enabler for human-centered experiences, she brings a unique perspective at the intersection of business, engineering, and digital innovation.
