I started my career journey at 13, sweeping hair in my mother's salon, I went on to become a qualified hairdresser with Saks Hair by 19. Thanks to the daily face-to-face customer interactions from an early age, I was able to master the challenges that came with providing great customer service and a strong sense of emotional intelligence.

A change of direction at 20 led me to telecoms giant O2 where I joined their call centre team. And, as technology took a leap with smartphones and iPhones, so did my career. I moved into coaching, engagement and leadership roles before spending the last 15 years perfecting my craft and passion for amazing customer service and delivering great people experiences.
