Previously, he led a team responsible the global digital platform www.siemens.com for over 10 years, managing enterprise-wide digital programs. After that, he served 5 years as VP Head of Digital Comms at Siemens Mobility. With his extensive experience, he combines strategic thinking with operational excellence – always focused on shaping the customer service of tomorrow.
