Back for its 4th edition, the CCW Europe Hackathon brings customer management professionals together for a hands-on, high-energy challenge exploring how AI is changing customer behaviour and reshaping the way people discover, choose and buy.

This year, teams will explore what happens when AI increasingly becomes the starting point for customer discovery, and consider how businesses will need to adapt as customers rely less on traditional search, websites and channels to make decisions.

Using travel as the challenge setting, participants will work in cross-industry teams to tackle a real-world customer problem, develop new ideas using design thinking and innovation tools, and bring their solution to life using AI.

With expert guidance from Carlo and Alessandro Dezzani at Lastminute.com, both highly experienced in running successful hackathons, teams will build and test their ideas.
