With over 25 years of experience within the ICT industry, managing commercial relationships with large Enterprise businesses in EMEA, Bart Cruyt heads up the Belgium & Netherlands business for Odigo; a leading omnichannel customer engagement CCaaS solution. He is responsible for growing the business across the region and ensuring Odigo customers are reaping the benefits of Odigos innovative solutions by continually delivering measurable business value.

Prior to joining Odigo, Bart started his career at Colt Technology Services. Over the past 12 years, Bart has been responsible for Business Development for Odigo in the Benelux region where he oversees all Sales activities including management of the commercial relationships with Enterprise clients and the management of the Indirect & Partner channels.

Bart is passionate about helping Enterprise clients further improve experiences and relationships for their customers and is heavily inspired by new technologies and features. His aim is to always deliver an enhanced customer experience to his customers and leads his team by example to ensure the Odigo solution purchased provides business value and a competitive advantage wherever possible.
