Andy Postma is the Head of Performance iGaming at Nederlandse Loterij, where he is responsible for both CRM and Online Marketing. In this role, he focuses on growing and deepening the relationship with the player base through data-driven, personalized, and responsible engagement—across channels and throughout the player journey.

He has a long-standing career where he built a reputation as a personalization expert. He played a key role in designing omnichannel strategies that combined data, content, and automation to enhance the customer experience at scale. For many years, he performed on stage as a stand-up comedian. That experience taught him how to read a room, challenge assumptions, and deliver a message that sticks—skills that still come in handy today.
