The CCW Europe Summit Pre-Launch Agenda

CCW Europe Summit returns to Amsterdam 5–7 October 2026, bringing together the most influential leaders in customer contact, CX and digital service. As Europe’s largest gathering of senior customer management leaders, the Summit will welcome 850+ attendees, 250+ speakers and 125+ sessions across three days of insight, innovation and peer collaboration.
