Head of Customer Experience Design & Innovation TUI Group Louise has worked at TUI UK since 2004, holding previous roles in e-commerce, CRM and Customer Transformation. In 2016 she established the CX function in the UK, and led the team until 2020 when she moved to her current role in the newly formed Group CX function. Throughout her career, the customer has always been at the heart, including building the first ‘MyThomson’ customer website, leading the project to build the first UK Single Customer View and creating award winning CRM campaigns. She is now focussed on designing an industry leading, consistent, branded experience for customers who travel with TUI from any Group market, as well as driving a customer centric culture across all 50,000 colleagues.
