As Clarabridge’s Senior Director of Customer Success, Emma and her team ensure our Clarabridge Engage customers have everything at their disposal to help them get best use of the platform. Through a solid programme of onboarding, training and regular touchpoints; the Customer Success team fosters a culture of success, backed up by best practice guidance.
