Blake McGregor

Program Director of Product Management, Watson Assistant IBM Watson

Blake McGregor is an engineer-turned-product manager and started his career as a process automation consultant (after receiving a seemingly unrelated degree in civil engineering). With a few years of consulting under his belt, he decided to move into a growth product management role for IBM Cloud, where he managed the programs for customer communications, behavioral analysis, and customer onboarding. He quickly learned just how fragmented and disconnected enterprise customer experiences can be, and has used this experience in the last four years as the program director of product management for Watson Assistant, a product which uses conversational AI to dramatically improve and personalize the customer care experience.
