I led Sales, Marketing, Business Development and Strategy teams before specializing in strategic transformation to achieve enhanced service and customer experience. I believe transforming operational processes, simplifying ways of working, increasing employee engagement and making digital tools and information systems fit for purpose is the surest way to create long-term loyalty and brand value.
